This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. processing times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
 

Subscription orders follow the same processing timelines unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2. shipping rates & estimates

Shipping charges, delivery options, and any applicable free shipping offers are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, shipping address, and selected shipping method.

 

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers, which will be clearly shown at checkout when available.

 

Optional shipping protection or package insurance may be offered during checkout. Coverage applies only if selected at the time of purchase.

3. delivery time estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier conditions. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

4. shipping locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

5. order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become available after the carrier receives the package.

6. lost or stolen packages

Urovera is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Carrier delivery confirmation is considered proof of delivery.

 

If your package is lost or misdelivered prior to delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. If optional shipping protection was selected at checkout, we are happy to assist with an eligible claim where applicable.

7. wrong address disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Urovera is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact support@urovera.com immediately to request an address update. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
