7. Subscription Terms and Automatic Renewals

Some Urovera products may be offered as part of a subscription purchase (auto-ship or “Subscribe & Save”). By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to these subscription terms in addition to the rest of these Terms.

 

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Urovera to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval disclosed at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). Subscriptions will continue to renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

 

Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle for the then-current price, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

 

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by accessing your customer account or by contacting support@urovera.com. Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming shipment.

 

Initial subscription orders may be eligible for refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed or shipped, except where required by law or approved at our discretion.

 

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the subscription.

 

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, frequency, or terms for future billing cycles.

22. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
